Cardio training

Our club’s cardio zone is provided with various types of equipment. They include treadmills, rowing, spinning, machines, ellipticals, steppers, summit- and stair-machines. Such a diversity allows our clients choosing particularly those machines which meet their needs. Every cardio equipment series differs with a range of various managing functions and characteristics.

Cardio training – is a complex training program, targeted at improving the functioning of the cardiovascular system, weight loss, endurance development, improvement of coordination and muscle tone, strengthening of the bone and muscular system. Doing exercises a sportsman trains the heart muscle; the raising loads stimulate a blood flow in the organism what provides organs and muscles with nutrients and getting from the lungs oxygen. In order to provide the sportsman with energy, the organism uses glycogen stores and fat epidermal deposits. That has a salutary influence on the metabolism and body structure.

Such a popularity of the cardio pieces of training is due to the fact that the training process solves two problems at the same time: the general organism strengthing and the weight loss. The effectivity of the pieces of training depends on particular qualities of your organism and on the way your cardio system works. Heart muscle is able to be trained independently from the age, body structure and the level of training.

Results

The cardio training brings results after some months of regular pieces of training, if not talking about the weight loss, but about general heart system strengthing.

Weight changes are visible after 2-3 weeks of regular training.

The main changes that are in the organism: the increasing size and quantity of mitochondria in muscles, increasing of blood volume, metabolism acceleration, increasing of the capillarity system, increasing of vital lung capacity, improving ability of muscles to oxygen uptake and fat burning, lowering blood pressure and heartbeat rate, better muscle tone.

Cardio training helps to get rid of dyspnea, edemas, cellulite, increases the organism’s stamina, the body becomes fit and muscular, even without doing strength exercises.

Cardio program

If you have never tried fitness, don’t be afraid of failures. In the World Class you will find interesting cardio development programs, which are suitable for every training level: group cycle-trainings, dancing step-aerobics, Trekking – group pieces of training on the treadmills, etc.

If your goal is to get rid of the excess weight in a short-term period, it is better to start with variable training sessions on the treadmill. During the cardio training, not only heart muscle is working but also there are loads on legs, stomach, arms, back, so all the body become stronger and fit. Some people rotate jogging and aerobics, cycle and dancing. This is the really nice option for those who plan not only to improve the heart work but also to become the owner of the athletic figure.

You may choose the needed level of loads and the time the training lasts: pieces of training with the dancing program last not more than 55 min., speaking about jogging it is enough about 30-40 min. (depending on the physical sportsman's level).

Trainers of the Worlds Class control all the training process, paying attention to everyone, even if the pieces of training are lead in the group. For the beginner at the start of the program is important to learn how to do the exercises properly and how to control breathing: during the training the blood flow is increased the body needs more oxygen for metabolism and tissue oxygenation. Cardio training combined with martial arts elements. Martial blow to excess weight and calories. Improves the coordination, strength and endurance of all the muscles, increases self-confidence. For every training level.

STEP AEROBIC
55 min.
The middle difficulty aerobic step-training with dancing elements. Increases general endurance, trains leg muscles, stimulates the weight loss.

BEAT ZONE
55 min.
The training that is lead in 3 working zones: treadmills, rowing machines and a functional block in which are used different exercises to develop all the main physical features of a body. During the training are used heart rate monitors what allow tracing the puls and training intensity level at the real time. Energy waste is up to 1000 kcal for 55 min. Due to the constant heart rate control and three modes, the training is suitable for every training level but nevertheless is still intensive and useful for every participant.
